The Hayloft sits on the upper floor of our converted stable block, where wooden beams still carry traces of its agricultural past. We've transformed this characterful space into one of our most requested meeting rooms, combining the warmth of its heritage with everything modern business needs. Step inside and you'll find a room that adapts effortlessly to your requirements. The flexible layout accommodates up to 40 delegates theatre-style, while boardroom configurations seat 26 comfortably around polished tables. For training sessions, we arrange classroom seating for 12, or create a collaborative U-shape for 18 participants. When hosting working lunches or celebration dinners, the banquet setup welcomes 30 guests. Plush cushioned chairs ensure comfort during extended sessions, while the neutral colour palette and carpeted floors create a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. Natural light streams through windows overlooking our parkland, though adjustable lighting lets you set the perfect ambiance for presentations. We've installed a projector screen and provide flip charts, ensuring your presenters have the tools they need. The room's position away from the main hotel creates a focused environment, yet delegates can easily access our facilities during breaks. Many groups appreciate a morning swim in our heated pool or a quick visit to the hydrotherapy suite between sessions. Coffee breaks can be served in the room or on our terrace when weather permits. Our venue sits between Peterborough city centre and the A1, with Nene Park and the East of England Showground nearby. This accessibility, combined with our extensive parking, makes us a practical choice whether your delegates are travelling from Cambridge, Leicester or further afield.
