Our meeting room transforms business gatherings into something more than just another day at the conference table. The moment you settle into one of the cream-coloured chairs around our polished wooden table, you'll notice how the vibrant green wall with its botanical patterns shifts the energy of typical corporate discussions. We've designed this space for 12 people in boardroom configuration, giving everyone a proper seat at the table without feeling cramped. The room spans 15 by 22 feet, providing enough breathing space for those moments when someone needs to stand and sketch ideas on the flip chart or simply stretch during longer sessions. Natural light pours through the windows throughout the day, keeping everyone alert without relying solely on overhead lighting. We positioned the flat-screen TV where everyone can see presentations clearly, and our WiFi handles multiple devices without the dreaded buffering wheel appearing mid-pitch. Ground floor access means no navigating stairs with laptops and presentation materials. Step outside during breaks and you're on one of Bath's characteristic cobbled streets, with independent coffee shops just doors away when the standard tea and coffee setup needs reinforcing. The city centre location puts you walking distance from Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths, convenient when hosting colleagues from other cities who might appreciate a quick cultural stop after wrapping up. We offer both half-day and full-day hire because not every productive meeting needs to stretch from nine to five. Recent feedback particularly highlights how straightforward we keep the booking process, especially valuable for those last-minute room hunts. Refreshments and lunch options can be arranged through our kitchen team, who understand that good food fuels good thinking. The space works equally well for strategy sessions, client presentations, team workshops or interview days.
