We've designed this room specifically for small groups who need privacy and concentration. The large wall-mounted screen dominates one wall, making presentations clear and engaging for everyone seated at the table. Natural daylight streams through the windows, keeping the atmosphere bright and energising throughout your meeting, while our adjustable air-conditioning maintains the perfect temperature year-round. The contemporary artwork and neutral colour palette create a professional yet relaxed environment. We find this combination particularly effective for executive meetings, training workshops, and strategic planning sessions where teams need to focus without distractions. The boardroom layout naturally encourages discussion and collaboration among participants. Our venue sits on Godstow Road, making it convenient for teams travelling from across the South and Midlands, just minutes from Oxford's historic centre with straightforward motorway access.
