The Roy Hartle Suite pays tribute to a Bolton Wanderers legend, with framed memorabilia creating conversation starters between sessions. This naturally lit space accommodates up to 50 delegates in theatre style, 24 classroom-style, or 18 around the boardroom table, giving you proper flexibility for different meeting formats. The tartan carpet and neutral walls create a professional yet characterful atmosphere. What sets this room apart is the private bar tucked into one corner - perfect when you want to transition from presentations to informal networking without leaving the space. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable through those long strategy sessions, while windows flood the room with daylight, helping maintain energy levels throughout the day. We've positioned the Roy Hartle Suite right next to our larger Platinum Suite, which works brilliantly when you need breakout space or want to run parallel sessions. The flexible layout means we can quickly reconfigure from boardroom discussions in the morning to classroom training after lunch. Being part of the University of Bolton Stadium brings its own energy to meetings. During breaks, delegates often wander to the windows for stadium views - there's something about that pitch that gets people talking and breaks down barriers between colleagues who might not usually chat. Our venue sits just off the M61, with Horwich Parkway station practically next door. Manchester and Preston are both quick journeys away, making those early morning starts a bit more bearable for travelling delegates. The suite comes with complimentary Wi-Fi as standard, and our catering team can arrange everything from working lunches to coffee breaks using the private bar facilities.
