The Deerpark Room brings together everything we've learned about creating productive meeting spaces in our years at this historic venue. Rich golden walls and deep green furnishings create an atmosphere where conversations flow naturally, while the original fireplace with its polished wooden mantel reminds everyone they're meeting somewhere special. We've arranged this room to accommodate different group sizes and meeting styles. For focused board meetings, the boardroom setup seats 24 around our green-clothed table in upholstered chairs that keep everyone comfortable through long discussions. When you need theatre-style seating for presentations, we can accommodate 50 delegates, or 40 for banquet and reception formats. The warm lighting from our wall-mounted fixtures creates just the right ambiance for concentration without strain. This room works particularly well for confidential discussions and strategy sessions. The enclosed space, without windows, eliminates distractions and creates a private environment where sensitive topics can be addressed openly. Our team regularly sets up the Deerpark for board meetings, training workshops, and small seminars where group interaction matters most. The patterned carpet absorbs sound beautifully, which means multiple conversations can happen during breakout sessions without echo or interference. That ornate mirror above the fireplace isn't just decorative; it helps reflect light throughout the space and makes the room feel larger during full-capacity events. Located within our castle grounds, the Deerpark Room gives you access to all our facilities. Coffee breaks can spill out into our landscaped gardens when the weather permits, and our in-house catering team delivers refreshments directly to your room on schedule. The city center sits just a short journey away, with on-site parking available for those driving and good public transport connections for everyone else.
