Our Boardroom offers a refreshing change from typical corporate meeting spaces, combining the character of Old Headington with everything you need for productive sessions. This 4.3m by 8.1m room adapts beautifully to different meeting formats, whether you're gathering 18 colleagues around the boardroom table for strategic planning or arranging 30 seats theatre-style for presentations. Natural light streams through the large windows, keeping everyone alert during those longer sessions, while simple artwork on the walls adds subtle touches of colour without distraction. We've kept the design deliberately clean and uncluttered, letting you focus on what matters most, your meeting content. Everything's ready when you arrive: wireless internet connects instantly, the projector and screen are positioned for clear visibility from every seat, and we've got flipcharts standing by for brainstorming sessions. The stackable chairs make it simple to reconfigure the space during breaks if you want to switch from presentation mode to workshop style. What really sets this room apart is the atmosphere. Previous meeting organizers tell us they appreciate the quiet environment that helps maintain concentration throughout the day. During breaks, you can step into our coffee lounge or take discussions outside to our peaceful garden, both excellent for those informal conversations that often prove just as valuable as the formal agenda. The venue sits at 78 Old High Street, easily reached from central Oxford yet removed from city centre distractions. While street parking is limited to two hours, Waitrose car park is nearby, and the park and ride stops practically at our door. Several cafes and restaurants within walking distance provide options for working lunches or post-meeting discussions. A lovely welcome from the Minister and such a lovely welcoming space and Garden if required for a break.
Parking not great, but there us an opportunity to use the park and ride. There is also parking at the local Waitrose
