Walking into Meeting Room 1, you'll find yourself in one of our most requested spaces, where the morning sun streams through those characteristic Edwardian windows that make this Farm Street building so special. We've positioned the polished wooden table to make the most of this natural light, creating an atmosphere that keeps everyone alert and engaged throughout your meetings. The room comfortably seats up to 10 people around our boardroom table, with each chair carefully chosen for those longer strategy sessions where comfort really matters. We've mounted a large flatscreen TV at the perfect height for presentations, and there's a traditional whiteboard for when inspiration strikes and you need to sketch out ideas quickly. Our video conferencing system handles everything from quick check-ins to formal client pitches, with audio quality that means nobody has to ask anyone to repeat themselves. The neutral tones and plush carpeting help maintain focus, while the carefully selected artwork adds just enough personality without becoming a distraction. We've kept the décor deliberately understated, letting your work take centre stage. When you need a moment to gather your thoughts, those tree-lined views of Farm Street offer a welcome respite from spreadsheets and slide decks. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Bond Street and Green Park stations both within a few minutes' walk. For those driving, we offer on-site parking, something of a rarity in Mayfair. We're happy to work with external caterers if you'd like to bring in lunch or refreshments, and our fully stocked kitchens are just down the corridor when you need that essential coffee refill between sessions.
