This ground-floor space welcomes up to 500 guests when set theatre-style, or creates a more intimate atmosphere for 230 in cabaret layout, making it equally suited for annual conferences or gala dinners. Our venue designed this room with flexibility in mind. The suite divides into four separate sections when you need breakout spaces, while the full room handles everything from product launches to award ceremonies. The built-in projector and screen work seamlessly with our audiovisual equipment, so your presentations run smoothly without technical hiccups. The private foyer outside serves perfectly for registration or welcome drinks, giving your guests a dedicated space to gather before entering the main suite. Being right next to our kitchens means hot food arrives hot, whether you're serving 350 for a banquet or hosting cocktail receptions for 500. The street-level access adds practical advantages, particularly when you're bringing in exhibition materials or special displays. While the suite doesn't have windows, the warm lighting from those chandeliers creates an inviting atmosphere that keeps energy levels up throughout day-long meetings.
