We've designed this basement-level space to work hard for different types of meetings, whether you're gathering 18 colleagues around the boardroom table or arranging theatre seating for 28 delegates. Our venue sits just minutes from London Bridge Station, making it convenient for teams travelling from across the capital. The 44.7 square metre room feels spacious despite being in central London, with 2.6-metre ceilings that help create an airy atmosphere. We've installed proper air conditioning that keeps everyone comfortable, even during intense afternoon sessions. The technical setup works exactly as it should. Our LCD projector and screen are ready when you need them, the video conferencing equipment connects reliably for hybrid meetings, and the high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without slowing down. The built-in PA system means everyone can hear clearly, whether you're presenting quarterly results or leading a training workshop. What makes the Bridge Suite particularly flexible is how it connects to other spaces. We can open it up to our Londinium Restaurant when you want to host pre-dinner drinks, or link it with our Shakespeare Suite to create breakout areas. We were extremely pleased with the facilities, the room was clean, well-ventilated, and to a high standard; well-stocked with tea, coffee and snacks; all of the A/V equipment was easy to use, and we would definitely book the space again. Thanks for your help!

This was the best meeting room we've booked to date. Despite being in a central location, close to the train station, it was incredibly spacious. We loved it so much we're going back again next week!
