Walk into The Acton Room and the first thing that catches your eye is the striking turquoise boardroom table, a refreshing change from typical corporate meeting spaces. We've recently refurbished this ground-floor room to create something different, where 14 people can gather comfortably around the table without feeling cramped. The room gets plenty of natural light through our large windows, which we find helps keep everyone alert during those longer sessions. When the sun sets, our circular overhead fixtures provide even lighting across the space. The walls feature geometric patterns and a magazine display that often becomes a conversation starter before meetings begin. Everything you need for presentations is already here. Our 47-inch TV connects easily through MediaHub with HDMI cables, making screen sharing straightforward whether you're running through slides or joining a video conference. Free Wi-Fi runs throughout the building, so remote team members can dial in without any connection issues. Getting here couldn't be simpler. North Acton Tube station is literally on our doorstep, putting you 20 minutes from central London. If you're driving, the A40 is three minutes away and we have parking spaces available on-site at £15 per night. Many teams working at the Park Royal business park choose us because they can walk here in minutes. We handle refreshments through our Express Café and Bar, from morning coffee and pastries to keep everyone sharp, through to afternoon snacks when energy starts to flag. The café stays open after your meeting ends if you want to continue discussions over drinks. The space works equally well for training sessions, strategic planning days, or regular team meetings. Our location near Wembley Stadium and Ealing Studios means we often host production teams and corporate groups working on projects in these venues.
