Six rose-coloured chairs around a crisp white table, contemporary art on the walls, and a presentation screen that actually works properly. That's Rocksand, our most intimate meeting space here at our Canary Wharf venue. We designed this room for those conversations that matter. Board meetings, strategy sessions, client pitches, the kind of discussions where six people need to focus without distractions. The chairs are deliberately comfortable (we've all sat through too many meetings on hard seats), and the table's the right size for spreading out documents without feeling cramped. The tech setup is straightforward and reliable. A large display screen with integrated sound bar and camera means your remote colleagues can join seamlessly. Everything connects easily, no wrestling with cables or calling IT. The WiFi reaches every corner, and yes, it handles multiple video streams without buffering. Natural light filters in softly, complemented by warm overhead lighting that won't leave you squinting at screens. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, adjusting quietly in the background. Those art pieces on the walls? They're conversation starters when you need to break the ice. Getting here couldn't be simpler. South Quay DLR is a few minutes' walk, Canary Wharf station (Jubilee and Elizabeth lines) not much further. Your guests won't get lost, and there's plenty of coffee shops nearby if anyone arrives early. Our team knows this room inside out. They'll have everything ready before you arrive and can arrange catering if you need it. Recent guests particularly praise how attentive and helpful we are, from check-in through to the end of your session. Very easy to make the booking, confirmation received very quickly. Very pleased with the service from checking in right through to checking-out of the meeting room. Will definitely use them again.
