When our two adjoining meeting rooms open up to create this combined space, you're looking at one of Belfast's most practical conference venues, accommodating up to 105 delegates. We've hosted everything from annual company conferences to training workshops here, and the flexibility of the room layout continues to impress our clients. The space fills with natural light through multiple windows, which we find helps maintain energy levels during those longer sessions. We can configure the room in numerous ways, whether you need theatre-style rows for 105, a boardroom setup for 36, classroom arrangement for 48, or banquet rounds for 64. The U-shaped configuration works particularly well for interactive workshops, comfortably seating 34 participants. Our venue sits in the University Quarter, making it convenient for attendees coming from Queen's University or the city's business districts. The real advantage that sets us apart is our complimentary on-site parking, something that's genuinely hard to find in central Belfast. We're also walking distance from Botanic Gardens if anyone fancies stretching their legs during lunch. The room comes fully equipped with air conditioning and all the AV support you'll need, plus we provide flip charts and conference stationery as standard. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the building, so there's never an issue with connectivity. Our team regularly helps with technical setups and can quickly adjust room layouts between sessions if needed.
