Stepping into the Keith Room feels like entering a private study where nature meets business. We've created this intimate space within our 200-year-old building to accommodate smaller meetings that need both focus and inspiration, with botanical wallpaper bringing Edinburgh Zoo's natural surroundings indoors. The round table at the centre of the room changes the dynamic of typical boardroom meetings, encouraging conversation among up to 10 participants in a more collaborative setup. For different configurations, we can arrange the space to seat 16 for formal dining or accommodate 30 guests for standing receptions. Natural light pours through the large window, offering glimpses of our mature gardens while keeping everyone energised throughout long working sessions. We've equipped the Keith Room with everything modern meetings require: a flipchart for brainstorming, projector and screen for presentations, and reliable wireless internet for seamless connectivity. The warm wooden floors and light walls create an atmosphere that feels professional yet relaxed, while our modern chandelier adds just the right amount of elegance without feeling stuffy. What our clients particularly appreciate about this room is how it combines practical meeting facilities with unexpected touches.
