The Underwood Lofts combine the raw beauty of a converted paper factory with contemporary design across two interconnected spaces on our third floor. High vaulted ceilings with exposed beams stretch above polished light wood floors, while natural light streams through oversized windows throughout the day. Our New White Loft spans 2,092 square feet of bright, adaptable space. We've furnished it with plush sofas and modern seating arrangements that work equally well for formal presentations or relaxed networking. The room transforms effortlessly from boardroom setup for 60 to theatre-style for up to 160 attendees, with cabaret configurations accommodating 140 guests comfortably. Connected through The Chalet, our 684-square-foot breakout area, you'll find the New Victorian Loft. This larger 2,433-square-foot space features its own distinct character with carefully chosen furnishings that create a more refined atmosphere. Together, both lofts can host reception-style gatherings for 210 people or seated dinners for 140. Each space comes equipped with flatscreen TVs, projectors, and our full AV setup. We maintain high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, and air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round. The flexible layout means we can arrange furniture to match your specific requirements, whether you're planning strategy sessions, team workshops, or product launches. You'll find us at Underwood Works, just minutes from Old Street Station. Our third-floor location features lift access and DDA-compliant facilities throughout.
