The Ludgate Suite sits on our upper floor, where daylight streams through large windows overlooking the London skyline. We've designed this space to adapt to your meeting needs, whether you're planning a board presentation for 42 colleagues around the table, a training session for 27 in classroom style, or a company update for 90 in theatre seating. Our technical setup includes HD projectors and plasma screens positioned for clear sightlines from every seat. The adjustable lighting system lets you create the right atmosphere, from bright and energising for morning workshops to softer tones for evening networking. We've found the natural light makes a genuine difference during full-day sessions, keeping energy levels up when other windowless rooms might feel draining. The neutral décor provides a professional backdrop that won't distract from your content, while the flexible layout means we can reconfigure the space between sessions if needed. For more interactive events, we can arrange 40 guests in cabaret style, perfect for team workshops where groups need space to collaborate. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Aldgate, Aldgate East and Tower Gateway stations all within walking distance.
