We regularly welcome groups to the High View Suite, our most spacious meeting room that brings together natural light and professional functionality. The floor-to-ceiling windows running along one side create an atmosphere where ideas flow as freely as the Yorkshire countryside views beyond. On clear mornings, your team can watch the mist lift from the golf course while settling into their first workshop session. The suite combines hardwood and carpeted flooring, naturally dividing the 200-person capacity space into distinct zones. We've hosted everything from 35-person board meetings around our polished tables to theatre-style presentations for 80 delegates. The flexibility extends to classroom setups for training days, U-shaped configurations for 30 participants, or cabaret style for 60 when you need breakout discussions within the main session. Our technical setup includes a flatscreen TV, PA system, and flipcharts, all positioned for optimal visibility from any seat. The private bar area, crafted from rich wood, serves as an excellent refreshment station during breaks. Many groups appreciate how the patio doors open directly onto the side lawn and balcony, perfect for those informal conversations that often spark the best ideas during coffee breaks.
