We've configured this room dozens of ways, from boardroom style for 20 around our central table, to theatre layout when you need all 30 seats facing forward for presentations. That 85-inch TV screen on the wall connects to your laptop in seconds, no fiddling with cables or calling IT support. We've hosted everything from intense board meetings to relaxed training workshops here, and the neutral décor keeps everyone focused on what matters. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable even during those marathon strategy sessions, and our conference call facilities mean remote colleagues join without a hitch. Our meeting planners know this room inside out, they'll help you choose between classroom style for 10 with proper desk space, or perhaps cabaret layout for 16 when you want small group discussions. The contemporary furnishings aren't just for show, those chairs stay comfortable through a full day of presentations, and the large central table has seen countless successful negotiations. First floor location means no trudging through the building with equipment, and yes, we have wheelchair access sorted. When you're done, the Royal Centre Tram Stop is literally two minutes' walk away, getting your team back to their offices quickly. We also have paid parking if you're driving in.
