Our dedicated conference centre houses Ballroom 2, a space where Bristol's harbourside views become part of your meeting experience. Through floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light fills this 9.2 x 13.8 metre room while your delegates enjoy panoramic water views that shift throughout the day. We've equipped this lower ground floor space with everything you need for professional presentations: a ceiling-mounted projector, built-in screen, PA system and microphone are all ready for your use. The rich burgundy carpet and crystal chandeliers create an atmosphere that feels both professional and welcoming, while the neutral wall tones keep the focus on your content rather than competing for attention. Flexibility defines how we've designed this room. For theatre-style presentations, we can accommodate 120 delegates. Prefer a more interactive setup? We arrange 60 seats cabaret-style with back projection, or create classroom layouts for 60 participants. Board meetings work beautifully here too, with space for 40 around the table, while U-shaped configurations seat 35 comfortably. When you're hosting receptions, the room opens up for 120 guests to network freely. The adjacent communal lounge area serves as your refreshment and registration space, keeping the main room clear for your core activities. This practical addition means coffee breaks flow naturally without disrupting your agenda, and arriving delegates have a proper welcome area before entering the main space. Recent feedback from our business guests particularly highlights how well-maintained our meeting facilities are, with many noting the professional atmosphere throughout.
