Our first-floor Elm Room combines practical design with genuine comfort, creating the kind of space where ideas flow naturally. Step off the lift and you'll find yourself in a room where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with daylight, overlooking the courtyard below. We've found this natural brightness keeps energy levels up throughout those long strategy sessions. The room adapts to how you work best. Set it boardroom-style for 18 when you need everyone around one table for decision-making. Configure it classroom-style for 16 during training workshops where note-taking matters. For presentations to larger groups, we arrange theatre seating for up to 36 delegates. The U-shaped layout works brilliantly for 16 people when you want that collaborative feel with clear sightlines to the presenter. We've installed our Owl Pro hybrid conferencing system here, which means remote colleagues join meetings as naturally as those in the room. The flatscreen TV displays presentations clearly from any seat, while our Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without that frustrating lag. Fresh flipchart pads and markers are always ready when digital isn't quite right for capturing those spontaneous brainstorming moments. The minimalist furnishing lets you focus on what matters. Our black chairs support you comfortably through extended sessions, while the wooden tables have that solid feel that says serious work happens here. The neutral colour palette won't distract, but the space never feels sterile, especially with that constant play of natural light. Being on the first floor with lift access means everyone joins your meetings easily. Our accessible facilities extend throughout, from the car park to the meeting rooms.
