Our Kingsland 2 + 3 room works brilliantly when you need flexibility for different group sizes and meeting formats. This 85-square-metre space on our dedicated events floor gets plenty of natural light through the large windows, which we find helps keep energy levels up during those all-day strategy sessions. We've set the room up to handle everything from board meetings to training workshops. The space comfortably fits 75 people theatre-style when you're running presentations, or we can arrange it for 36 in classroom format when delegates need desk space for laptops and notes. For more collaborative sessions, the U-shape configuration works well for up to 30 participants, while boardroom style suits the same number when discussion and eye contact matter most. The technology here includes ultra-bright HD projection that stays clear even with daylight streaming in, plus LCD screens positioned so everyone gets a good view. Our videoconferencing setup connects you reliably with remote participants, and the sound system delivers crystal-clear audio throughout the room. We keep a Nespresso machine and minibar fridge stocked in the room, so refreshments are always within reach during breaks. The plush blue chairs stay comfortable even during lengthy sessions, and we can arrange round tables with grey linens when you prefer cabaret-style seating for 40. The patterned carpet and subtle ceiling lighting create a professional atmosphere without feeling sterile, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round.
