We've configured this room around a substantial boardroom table that seats 12 comfortably, though we can reconfigure the space to accommodate up to 22 guests theatre-style when you need a larger presentation format. The bright blue chairs might catch your eye first, a deliberate choice that adds energy to the neutral walls and keeps the atmosphere professional yet approachable. We've installed a ceiling-mounted projector paired with a large screen, and the controlled lighting conditions mean your presentations display clearly without any glare issues. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during those longer strategy sessions, something previous guests have particularly appreciated. You'll find everything positioned for convenience, from the side table for refreshments and handouts to the power points exactly where you need them. The room works brilliantly for board meetings, training workshops, presentations, and even small product launches. The hosts felt that the room we had booked was not big enough for the size of our training group so we were switched to another bigger room.
It was great and although a ‘basement', had a window and air-conditioning made it comfortable for all on a very hot day.
