The Pavilion Room sits in its own annex, away from the main church building, giving your meetings a sense of privacy while still benefiting from the character of our Victorian premises. This contemporary space handles groups of various sizes comfortably, from boardroom discussions for 36 to theatre-style presentations for up to 80 delegates, with cabaret seating for 40 when you need tables for workshop activities. Natural light pours through the skylight windows throughout the day, keeping energy levels up during those afternoon sessions. The polished wooden floors and light walls create a clean, professional environment, while the patterned ceiling adds subtle architectural interest without overwhelming the space. We've designed this room to feel modern and functional while maintaining touches of elegance that set it apart from standard conference facilities. Our venue provides all the practical elements you need for productive meetings. Wi-Fi runs throughout the building, and we can arrange PA systems and projectors based on your requirements. The separate entrance to the Pavilion Room means minimal disruption when delegates arrive or need to step out. We're particularly proud of our catering setup, with tea and coffee available on tap throughout your booking, something our clients consistently tell us makes a real difference during long training days. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Sheffield city centre just a short journey away and excellent public transport links nearby. We do have some parking spaces available, though these are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. The meeting room was as described and ready for our meeting. The staff were helpful and friendly. I will be booking the venue again when I need a room in Sheffield.
