Our Miami and Washington Rooms sit within the museum's conference suite, where 70 delegates can gather beneath displays chronicling Bristol's aerospace legacy. These connected spaces work brilliantly for training sessions, workshops, and team meetings, with flexible layouts that adapt from theatre-style presentations to boardroom discussions for 24 or U-shaped configurations for 22 participants. The rooms feature light wood flooring and clean, neutral walls that create a focused working environment. Large flatscreen TVs mounted at strategic points ensure everyone has clear sightlines during presentations, while natural light keeps the atmosphere energised throughout the day. We've arranged comfortable seating that can be reconfigured quickly between sessions, whether you're running breakout groups or bringing everyone together for a keynote presentation. All the technical elements you need come as standard: projector, whiteboard, flipchart, and PA system, plus reliable Wi-Fi and conference call facilities for remote participants. Air conditioning maintains comfort year-round, and the space is fully wheelchair accessible. Our technical team remains on hand to support with any audiovisual requirements, ensuring your presentations run without interruption. Between sessions, delegates can explore the museum's interactive exhibits, including our famous Concorde, adding an inspiring dimension to corporate away days. Aramark, our catering partner, delivers everything from working lunches to afternoon refreshments directly to the room. The venue sits just outside Bristol city centre with extensive free parking on-site, and we're well-connected to major transport routes for attendees travelling from further afield.
