The Carfax Tower room brings together everything you need for focused meetings in a space that actually feels good to work in. Ten people can gather comfortably around our long rectangular table, with proper office chairs that won't leave anyone fidgeting halfway through your session. We've positioned this room to catch plenty of natural light through the large windows, and you can adjust the blinds whenever you need to dial things up or down. We know presentations matter, so we've set up the room with a whiteboard that runs along one wall, plus a flip chart easel for those who prefer working on paper. The audio-visual equipment handles video calls smoothly, connecting you with remote colleagues without the usual technical hiccups. Even the small details count, like the plant in the corner that reminds everyone there's life outside spreadsheets. Our venue sits just off Banbury Road, about ten minutes from central Oxford. Once your meeting wraps up, Summertown High Street offers plenty of spots for post-meeting coffees or working lunches. The local cafés and restaurants have become regular haunts for many of our regular bookers who appreciate having options nearby. The Carfax Tower room works particularly well for strategy sessions, client presentations, and team workshops. We've watched groups transform the space for training days, interview panels, and project kick-offs.
