The wooden paneling catches the morning light just right in our Malone Suite, creating that perfect working atmosphere our regular clients have come to appreciate. We've designed this lower ground floor space to feel anything but basement-like, with warm wood tones and a distinctive ceiling grid that adds character without overwhelming the room. Our AV setup handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences with ease. The large projection screen sits front and center, visible from every angle whether you arrange the room theatre-style for 140 delegates or prefer the more intimate boardroom setup for 34. We regularly reconfigure between meetings, switching from classroom rows (72 seats) to banquet rounds (100 guests) depending on what each group needs. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during those long strategy sessions, while our PA system with radio microphones means presenters can move freely around the room. Natural light filters through despite being on the lower ground floor, though we can darken the space completely for video presentations when required.
