Our boardroom overlooks the theatre crowds and red buses of Shaftesbury Avenue through generous windows that flood the space with natural light. The Shaftesbury seats up to 16 people around a substantial polished wooden table, where deals get done and strategies take shape against a backdrop of rich wood panelling and cream leather chairs. We've paired classic Soho character with everything modern meetings require. The 60" plasma smart TV connects seamlessly to your devices, while our reliable Wi-Fi and PA system ensure presentations run smoothly. Built-in bookshelves lined with greenery soften the professional atmosphere, creating a space that feels more private club than corporate boardroom. Overhead, our chandeliers can be dimmed to match the mood, whether you're reviewing quarterly figures or hosting an intimate dinner. The wine fridge tucked discreetly into the cabinetry comes in handy when it's time to celebrate signed contracts or toast new partnerships. We set up complimentary filter coffee, tea and mineral water before you arrive, with biscuits to keep energy levels steady through long sessions. Need a flipchart? We'll add one for £18. This room works equally well for board meetings, strategy sessions, or private dining when you want to continue conversations over our chef's locally-sourced menu. The breakout space gives teams room to regroup between sessions, while day access to our club means you can arrive early for coffee in the lounge or stay late for cocktails. Transport couldn't be simpler, with multiple tube stations within walking distance. We charge £110 per hour on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, rising to £150 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a three-hour minimum booking.
