We've positioned the furniture to make the most of this natural light, which keeps everyone alert during those longer sessions. This ground floor suite within our Meeting Academy accommodates up to 50 delegates theatre-style, though we find many groups prefer the collaborative feel of our U-shaped setup for 22 or boardroom arrangement for 28. The flexibility really comes into its own when teams need to switch between presentations and workshops throughout the day. Our classroom configuration works brilliantly for 18 participants who need desk space for laptops and materials. The wooden tables and blue chairs might seem like simple choices, but they've proven perfect for everything from quarterly reviews to training sessions. We've kept the decor deliberately neutral, letting your content take centre stage rather than competing with busy wallpaper or artwork. The audio-visual setup handles everything from PowerPoint presentations to video calls, and our IT support team are nearby if you need them. Being just two miles from Cambridge city centre means your attendees can easily pop into town during lunch, though many choose to stay and use our Open Lobby Restaurant. The lakeside setting creates a calm atmosphere that seems to help productive thinking, especially when groups take their coffee breaks outside by the water. Free parking removes one of those morning stresses, and the ground floor location means no hunting for lifts with heavy presentation materials.
