We've recently installed new carpeting that adds warmth to the professional atmosphere, creating a comfortable environment for extended sessions. Your presentations come to life on our built-in screen with LCD projector, eliminating the need to arrange external AV equipment. The room's flexibility means we can configure it exactly as you need: theatre-style for 50 attendees when you're presenting to larger groups, classroom or boardroom arrangements for 30 when interaction matters most, or a U-shaped setup for 25 to encourage discussion around the table. We also offer banquet-style seating for 30 if your meeting includes a working lunch or dinner. What makes this space particularly effective is how it balances formality with comfort. We've incorporated both traditional conference seating and more relaxed options, including bean bags in breakout areas, recognising that some of the best ideas emerge during informal conversations.
