Charlwood Four works brilliantly for the meetings and training sessions we host here throughout the year. Our venue sits in 35 acres of Surrey woodland, creating a focused environment where teams can properly concentrate, yet we're just 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport when international colleagues need to join. This particular room accommodates up to 40 people in theatre style, though we find the cabaret layout for 24 works wonderfully for workshops where groups need table space for laptops and materials. The boardroom setup seats 21 comfortably around our conference table, while classroom style gives 24 delegates proper writing space. We often use the U-shape configuration for 23 when clients want everyone facing each other for discussions. The projection screen dominates the front wall, making presentations crystal clear from every seat.
