We've chosen a mix of pastel-coloured chairs that brighten the space, while abstract artwork brings energy to the walls without overwhelming the professional atmosphere. Our venue recently completed a full renovation, and this boardroom showcases the thoughtful design throughout. The pendant light fixture above creates excellent task lighting for note-taking and document review, complemented by the overall bright illumination that keeps everyone alert during longer sessions. Fresh green plants soften the modern interior, adding that touch of nature we find helps clear thinking. For presentations, the wall-mounted flat-screen TV connects seamlessly with your devices, supported by our conferencing speakers and video systems. The high-speed WiFi handles multiple connections without dropping, whether you're video calling colleagues abroad or sharing large files. Between sessions, your team can refresh at our complimentary tea and coffee station, which we keep stocked throughout the day. The boardroom sits within our Cathedral Road location, just ten minutes' walk from Cardiff Central station. Excellent venue only a short ten minute walk from Cardiff central station. Ideal for my meeting with a couple of clients. Would use again

A great space to use today for a short meeting. Nice and bright and welcoming staff. But of baby noise from the open plan area but ours was a relaxed meeting so ok in the circumstances but if a more formal meeting may have been problemmatic. Will be back! Huw
