We regularly arrange the tables in a U-shape configuration, which brings up to 20 people together for boardroom discussions where everyone can see each other clearly. For larger groups, we switch to classroom style for 40 participants or theatre seating for presentations to 60. The neutral colour palette keeps attention on the work at hand, while proper air conditioning maintains comfort throughout long sessions. Every detail supports productive meetings. Fresh notepads and water bottles await at each place setting. Built-in touchscreen technology and LCD equipment mean your presentations run smoothly without wrestling with cables or adapters. The technical setup handles everything from video conferences to complex multimedia presentations. What makes Blenheim particularly flexible is its connection to the Marlborough Suite through a private corridor. Teams often use this arrangement for breakout discussions or to separate presentation areas from working sessions.
