Round tables dressed in white linens create distinct discussion zones, while cream-coloured chairs ensure comfort during those intensive strategy sessions. Our chandeliers provide adjustable lighting that works equally well for presentations or working lunches, and we've positioned a raised platform at one end for speakers or panel discussions. This space accommodates 30 guests in banquet configuration, making it ideal for board meetings, training workshops, or small departmental gatherings. The wood-panelled walls create a professional atmosphere that helps maintain focus, while fresh floral centrepieces add just enough colour without becoming distracting. We've designed the room without windows, giving you complete control over lighting conditions, particularly useful when using projection equipment or requiring privacy for sensitive discussions. Our venue sits within Lagan Valley Regional Park, just 15 minutes from Belfast city centre. Your attendees will find us easily accessible via major transport routes, with complimentary parking available on-site.
