The M1 Meeting Room sits high above Birmingham, where the city spreads out through our floor-to-ceiling windows like a living map. From this vantage point on the 21st floor, you and your team can watch trains glide into New Street Station while you work through your agenda. We've furnished this space with a substantial wooden table that seats up to 12 people comfortably. The navy blue chairs were chosen specifically for those longer sessions, when comfort really matters. Natural light pours in throughout the day, though we've installed proper blinds for when you need to dim things for presentations. The wireless LCD screen connects easily to your devices, and we keep the basics ready: fresh pads, working pens, water glasses that actually get refilled. The geometric patterns on our walls might catch your eye during a thinking moment, a deliberate choice by our design team to add visual interest without distraction. Temperature controls sit within easy reach, because we know nothing derails a productive meeting quite like everyone being too hot or cold. Your booking includes unlimited tea and coffee from our kitchen just down the corridor. When lunch rolls around, our ground floor café serves proper food, locally sourced where possible. We can arrange catering directly to your meeting room if you prefer to work through lunch. Getting here takes just five minutes on foot from Birmingham New Street. Once you arrive, our reception team will show you to the room and ensure everything's set up as you need it. Previous guests have particularly appreciated how our staff help meetings run smoothly, from the initial booking through to making sure the technology cooperates on the day. An excellent, modern space with amazing view, good equipment, good coffee and a friendly team. It was a bit hard to find through the building work outside but when that is finished it will be brilliant.

Did find Leah a touch frosty in her initial approach greeting us at reception, apart from that it was perfect!

The reception guy was great, shame the espresso machine wasn't working, other than that can't fault it

Excellent facilities for private meeting. Courteous staff, clean and safe facilities in an accessible building. We will definitely use this site again and would recommend to others.
