Our Dove room gets natural light from three sides, which makes a real difference when you're working through complex topics or lengthy training sessions. We've designed this 10.5 by 9 metre space to adapt to whatever format works best for your meeting, whether that's theatre-style for 80 delegates, cabaret for 40, boardroom for 28, or U-shaped for 22 people. The ground floor location means no one struggles with stairs or lifts, and we've installed proper air conditioning that actually keeps the temperature comfortable even when the room is full. The ergonomic chairs aren't just marketing speak, they're the ones our regular clients specifically request because they know people can sit in them all day without getting fidgety. We've mounted the data projector on the ceiling where it won't get knocked, and the screen is positioned so everyone gets a clear view. The DVD/Blu-ray and CD players are there when you need them, along with display rails running along the walls for posters or visual aids. We keep extra whiteboards and flipcharts in the corner cupboard, and yes, the Wi-Fi genuinely works throughout the room without those frustrating dead spots. For delegates with hearing difficulties, we've installed induction loops that connect seamlessly with hearing aids. The windows face away from the main road, so you get the brightness without traffic noise, and blackout options are available when you need to focus on screen presentations. Previous clients have told us they particularly appreciate how straightforward the booking process is, and how the room is always set up exactly as requested when they arrive. The Dove room handles everything from strategy sessions and training workshops to departmental meetings and small conferences, with all the practical elements already sorted so you can focus on what you came here to achieve.
