The Barnacre Suite greets you with an abundance of natural light pouring through its windows, revealing views across our manicured gardens that stretch towards the Lancashire countryside. We've designed this space to feel like your own private boardroom, where important conversations flow as naturally as the River Wyre that winds through the grounds nearby. Our largest meeting space comfortably hosts up to 70 delegates theatre-style, though we find many groups prefer the collaborative atmosphere of our boardroom setup for 26. The substantial table at the centre of the room has witnessed countless strategy sessions, training workshops and team meetings. We've arranged cushioned chairs around it that keep everyone comfortable through those longer planning days. For training sessions and presentations, we can reconfigure the space classroom-style for 40 participants, complete with flip charts and all the stationery essentials your team needs. The U-shaped arrangement works particularly well for interactive workshops, accommodating 26 people who can easily see both the presenter and each other. When corporate events call for something beyond the boardroom, we transform the Barnacre Suite for banquet dining. Up to 60 guests can enjoy locally-sourced menus from our kitchen while discussing the day's achievements. The neutral décor and tasteful wall art create a professional yet relaxed atmosphere that adapts to your event's tone. Our venue sits just outside Garstang town, with straightforward transport links that make arrival simple for delegates travelling from Manchester, Preston or further afield. Many groups appreciate the peaceful setting away from city distractions, where the only background soundtrack comes from the gardens outside. The golf course views often prove a talking point during coffee breaks, offering a refreshing change from typical business environments.
