We've positioned this as our flagship meeting room, with capacity for 28 people around the boardroom table, though we can reconfigure it for classroom style (24), theatre format (50), or U-shaped arrangements (28) depending on what works best for your session. The view of greenery through those generous windows provides a refreshing backdrop – something our regular clients tell us helps maintain focus during longer meetings. We've furnished the space with contemporary black chairs and wooden tables that strike the right balance between professional and comfortable, particularly important when you're running full-day training sessions or intensive workshops. Everything you need technically is already in place: high-speed Wi-Fi that handles multiple devices without breaking a sweat, AV equipment for presentations, plus the traditional flipchart, whiteboard and markers for those spontaneous brainstorming moments. The neutral colour scheme means your branded materials will stand out without clashing, and the room's acoustics work well whether you're presenting to a full house or having smaller breakout discussions. Being positioned next to Terminal 5 means international colleagues can literally walk from their flight to your meeting.
