We've designed this 204 sq ft space specifically for focused boardroom sessions, positioning comfortable chairs to encourage both formal presentations and collaborative brainstorming. The room's neutral palette creates a calm backdrop for productive work, while carefully positioned lighting fixtures cast a warm glow that keeps everyone alert without harsh overhead glare. Our wall-mounted flat-screen TV connects seamlessly for video conferencing, and we keep it updated with the latest software to handle whatever presentation format you prefer. The flip chart stands ready for those moments when ideas need to flow freely onto paper, and we maintain a well-stocked shelf with water, glasses, and meeting essentials. While natural light doesn't reach this particular room, we've compensated with thoughtful lighting design that maintains energy levels throughout long sessions.
