Our Warwick Suite combines the warmth of traditional wood panelling with all the technology modern meetings demand. The room centres around a generous oval boardroom table crafted from rich wood, where up to 30 delegates can gather for focused discussions. We've chosen cushioned chairs that remain comfortable even during day-long sessions, and the patterned carpet helps absorb sound for clearer conversations. The ceiling-mounted projector and large presentation screen make sharing ideas straightforward, whether you're running through quarterly figures or launching a new initiative. Natural light filters through the windows, though we've installed adjustable lighting for those times when you need to dim the room for presentations. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, while our high-speed Wi-Fi ensures your team stays connected throughout. We regularly reconfigure the Warwick Suite to match different meeting styles. For larger presentations, we can arrange 70 seats theatre-style, while classroom layouts work brilliantly for training sessions with 30 participants. The space transforms beautifully for more social gatherings too, accommodating 40 for seated dinners or 50 for standing receptions. U-shaped configurations suit strategy sessions, and cabaret style allows 48 people to work in small groups while staying part of the larger conversation. The suite forms part of our dedicated conference floor, with lift and stair access keeping it separate from the main hotel whilst remaining easily accessible. This gives your meetings privacy while ensuring our 24-hour reception team can support you whenever needed. Coffee breaks can be arranged in the room or in the adjoining spaces, and our kitchen prepares working lunches that range from simple sandwiches to hot buffets, all delivered directly to your meeting.
