We've positioned this space on our lower ground floor, close to the main reception area, making registration and access straightforward for your delegates. What works particularly well here is the raised stage area, giving presenters natural prominence without needing additional platforms. Our private bar sits discreetly to one side, ready for networking breaks or evening receptions. We find the flexible lighting system particularly useful - you can shift from bright, focused illumination for presentations to softer tones for dining, all controlled from a simple panel. Natural light comes through during daytime meetings, though we can black out the space completely when needed for presentations. The adjoining sun terrace opens directly from the room, providing fresh air during breaks and an alternative space for coffee or drinks.
