The Jubilee Room works brilliantly for those focused boardroom discussions where you need everyone around the same table. We've designed this space for up to 12 delegates, with an oval conference table that brings people together without anyone feeling too far from the conversation. The room has a calming blue accent wall and comfortable ergonomic seating that keeps everyone alert through longer sessions. While this particular room doesn't have windows, we've installed quality air conditioning and bright lighting that maintains a fresh, productive atmosphere throughout the day. You'll find everything already set up: a flat-screen TV that connects easily to laptops, plus flipchart, whiteboard and stationery ready to use. Being on the ground floor means wheelchair access is straightforward, with no lifts or stairs to navigate. Our 1Gbps Wi-Fi reaches every corner reliably, so video calls and cloud-based presentations run without interruption. The room sits within our wider conference facility in Loughborough, where transport links make it simple for delegates to reach us from across the Midlands.
