We've positioned the custom boardroom table to seat 10 executives comfortably, each in ergonomic chairs that support those longer strategy sessions that sometimes stretch into the afternoon. Our technology setup centres around an 85" 4K ultra high-definition screen mounted perfectly for visibility from every seat. We've integrated a professional video call camera system, knowing how essential hybrid meetings have become. The wood panelling creates warmth while maintaining the professional atmosphere your board meetings require. Just outside, we've arranged a private seating area where conversations can continue over coffee or where early arrivals can prepare before entering the boardroom. This break-out space proves particularly useful when negotiations need a change of scene or when smaller groups need to confer privately. The room's position within our venue offers easy access from our main reception, while remaining sufficiently removed from the hotel's social spaces to ensure complete privacy. Natural light filters through carefully positioned windows, though our adjustable lighting system allows you to create the exact ambiance your presentation requires. For those arriving by tube, Hyde Park Corner and Knightsbridge stations are both within a five-minute walk.
