The Georgian Meeting Room takes its name from the period details we've carefully preserved throughout this intimate boardroom space. Eight delegates can gather around our substantial wooden table, where the warm timber finish creates an atmosphere that feels more like a private club than a corporate meeting room. We chose those vibrant orange chairs deliberately – they're not just comfortable for long strategy sessions, but they add energy to discussions that might otherwise feel too formal. Our team regularly sets up this room for board meetings, client pitches, and confidential negotiations where privacy matters. The flatscreen TV connects seamlessly to laptops for presentations, while our conference call system handles international connections without the usual technical hiccups. We've installed high-speed Wi-Fi that actually delivers the speeds you need for video calls and cloud-based presentations. The artwork on our walls comes from local Liverpool artists, giving you conversation starters during those coffee breaks. While the room doesn't have windows, we've designed the lighting to keep everyone alert and focused – no harsh fluorescents, just carefully positioned fixtures that create the right working atmosphere. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable even when discussions get heated. Dale Street location means your attendees can walk from Moorfields or James Street stations in under five minutes. We're surrounded by independent coffee shops where informal follow-up conversations often continue, and there's plenty of parking nearby for those driving in.
