The William Hollins room sits on one of our upper floors, away from the bustle of Birmingham's business district below. We've designed this space for those smaller meetings where real work gets done—think strategy sessions, team briefings, or focused presentations where everyone needs to contribute. Natural light streams through the windows, keeping energy levels up throughout the day. We've arranged the room to accommodate different working styles: theatre setup fits 15 when you're presenting to the team, boardroom style seats 10 for discussions, classroom layout works for 8 during training sessions, or U-shape for 6 when collaboration is key. The warm wood table and comfortable seating create a professional atmosphere without feeling stiff. Everything runs smoothly here. Our high-speed Wi-Fi handles video calls and file sharing without hiccups, while the projector and flipchart support whatever presentation style suits you. Air conditioning keeps the temperature just right, and when you need complete focus, we can activate the blackout blinds and rely on the room's soundproofing to eliminate distractions. Getting here couldn't be simpler. New Street and Snow Hill stations are both within walking distance, so whether your colleagues are coming from London, Manchester, or just across Birmingham, they'll find us easily. The ICC and National Indoor Arena are practically next door, putting you at the heart of the city's professional quarter. Our kitchen team handles everything from morning coffee to working lunches, with halal, kosher, vegan, and gluten-free options available. If your meeting runs into the evening, we're licensed until 23:00 for those informal debrief sessions. The building has full wheelchair access and designated parking spaces, ensuring everyone on your team can attend comfortably.
