We've positioned the polished boardroom table to seat twenty comfortably, with proper elbow room and clear sightlines to the presentation screen. The wood-panelled walls absorb sound beautifully, so conversations stay crisp without echo, while our carefully chosen artwork adds visual interest without distraction. Our venue sits just off Princes Street, with the tram stop a two-minute walk and Waverley Station close by. The Scottish National Gallery is practically next door, useful when you're planning lunch breaks or post-meeting activities. Being lower ground means no street noise interrupting your quarterly review or client pitch. We've equipped the suite with AV technology that actually works when you need it. The screen is positioned so everyone can see without craning necks, and we've tested every seat to ensure the acoustics work throughout the room.
