The Vale Room welcomes up to 50 delegates in our most requested ground-floor meeting space, where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the 90-square-metre room with natural light throughout the day. Business teams particularly appreciate the direct ground-floor access at the front of our building, making it effortless for attendees to find their way without navigating multiple floors or corridors. We've designed this room to adapt to your exact requirements, whether you're conducting intensive training for 24 participants in classroom style or hosting a department-wide presentation for 50 in theatre format. The neutral décor and modern furnishings create a focused environment that our regular clients tell us helps maintain concentration during long strategy sessions. For smaller board meetings, we arrange the space for 22 around our conference table, while U-shaped layouts work brilliantly for interactive workshops with 18 participants. Your presentations come to life on our portable TV screen, which we position for optimal viewing from every seat. The whiteboard proves invaluable during brainstorming sessions, and many groups use both tools simultaneously when mapping out project plans or running training exercises. The room's rectangular shape means we can quickly reconfigure between sessions if you're running different meeting formats throughout the day.
