Our Event Hall transforms from a simple meeting space into whatever your corporate gathering needs. With 17-foot ceilings and polished wooden floors, this 300-person capacity room adapts effortlessly from theatre-style conferences to intimate cabaret setups for 140. The Nordic-inspired design creates a calm backdrop for productive sessions. Clean lines and neutral tones mean your company branding naturally takes focus, while the wooden floors add warmth to the otherwise minimalist space. We've equipped the hall with everything modern meetings demand: 5.1 surround sound, a 5-meter HD projection screen, and a raised stage for presentations. Corporate clients regularly book our venue for training days, product launches, and large team meetings. The flexibility here surpasses typical conference rooms, you can arrange classroom seating for 75 delegates, U-shaped layouts for 80, or banquet dining for the same number. Free Wi-Fi runs throughout, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during intense workshop sessions. Getting here couldn't be simpler. Gloucester Road station sits just minutes away, and the Heathrow Express connection means international colleagues arrive without hassle. Step-free access ensures everyone moves through the space easily. We maintain competitive pricing for Kensington, understanding that training budgets need stretching. The full AV suite includes projector facilities and PA system, though we recommend confirming equipment requirements when booking. Previous clients have particularly valued the whiteboard provision for collaborative work. Whether you're planning a 300-person conference or focused training for 75, our Event Hall provides the professional environment and technical capabilities your meeting requires. The adaptable layout means morning presentations flow seamlessly into afternoon workshops, all within the same versatile space.
