Down on the lower ground floor of our venue, this intimate space transforms typical meetings into collaborative sessions where ideas develop organically. Natural daylight filters through the windows despite being below street level, while potted plants soften the contemporary design. The parquet flooring adds warmth beneath your feet as you settle into the comfortable seating arrangement. When presentations arise, the wall-mounted display screen handles everything from pitch decks to workshop materials, with a conference phone keeping remote colleagues connected to the discussion. Our venue sits moments from Holborn Underground Station, making arrival straightforward whether your participants travel from the City or West End. The Grade II listed building retains its Georgian character while incorporating the technology your sessions require: reliable high-speed internet runs throughout, and the display integrates seamlessly with laptops and devices. The Library particularly suits creative workshops, strategic planning sessions, and those meetings where traditional boardroom setups feel too formal. Teams use this space for brainstorming sessions where movement and interaction matter more than rigid seating plans. The lounge-style arrangement encourages different dynamics, perfect when you need fresh perspectives or want to break established patterns.
