Our 4:M2 meeting room works perfectly when you need a space that gets straight to business. Eight comfortable grey chairs circle the rounded table, creating the kind of setup where everyone can actually see each other properly, no awkward craning or shuffling papers to make eye contact. The 65" display screen dominates one wall, connected to our Crestron video conferencing system that we've tested with every platform you're likely to use. Remote participants appear crystal clear, and sharing your screen takes seconds, not the usual five minutes of "can you see this?" The overhead lighting hits that sweet spot between bright enough to keep everyone alert and soft enough that nobody's squinting at their notes. We've kept the design simple because complexity gets in the way of good meetings. Natural wood floors, neutral walls, a few plants to remind you the outside world exists. The rounded table shape means no power positions, just eight people having a proper conversation. Whether you're interviewing candidates, running a board meeting, or hammering out project details with your team, the room adapts to what you need. The space sits within our converted electrical station, so you get all the character of the original 1963 building with none of the quirks. Sound stays in the room, temperature controls actually work, and the WiFi handles multiple devices streaming without breaking a sweat. Our venue's kitchenettes are close by for coffee refills, and if you need to spread out afterwards, the breakout areas and club lounges give you space to continue conversations.
