This adaptable space works equally well for strategy sessions around the boardroom table or larger presentations in theatre format. The room comfortably accommodates different group sizes, from 18 people in U-shape configuration for interactive workshops, up to 30 for boardroom meetings, 50 in theatre style, or 70 guests for buffet networking events. We've found this flexibility particularly useful for teams who need different setups throughout their day. Your presentations run smoothly with our integrated overhead LCD projector and traditional whiteboard, both positioned for clear visibility from every seat. The OWL camera system enables seamless video conferencing for hybrid meetings, connecting remote participants naturally into your discussions. Wi-Fi runs throughout the space, and we provide a laptop if needed, along with speakers for crystal-clear audio. The comfortable blue chairs and light wooden tables create a professional yet relaxed environment.
