The space works beautifully for boardroom discussions with up to 8 people, though we can quickly reconfigure it for different needs. Theatre style accommodates 15 attendees, while classroom, U-shaped, and cabaret arrangements each seat 8 comfortably. The professional atmosphere comes from thoughtful details rather than excess. Clean lines, a neutral backdrop with those pops of teal, and uncluttered surfaces help maintain focus on your agenda. We include high-speed Wi-Fi and an LCD projector as standard, so your presentations run smoothly without technical interruptions. We're just minutes from Oxford's historic center with straightforward motorway connections. On-site parking starts free for the first hour, then £2 for up to four hours. The Pear Tree Park & Ride, a 10-minute walk away, offers all-day parking at £4 for longer sessions.
